Some of the worst foods for you can be very deceptive. The food that takes number five on my list of the worst foods to eat are "Low-Fat" label foods. When companies put low fat on the title they really usually substitute the fat with sugar. Some cookies, salad dressings, yogurt are all culprits of this deceptive trick. Number four goes to potato chips, the chips may be delicious but if you are trying to lose weight these are not for you. The chips are fat filled "bad carbs" that go straight to your waist and not to mention how much sodium can be on the extra salted chips. No matter how delicious doughnuts may be they will always be bad for you and that's why they are number 3 on my list of the worst foods for you. Doughnuts contain lots of trans fat, sugar and refined flour. Many doughnuts have 10 to 20 grams of fat and 250 to 300 empty calories. Frozen meals are some of the worst for you and that's why they are number two on my list of bad foods. Frozen meals may be small but they are loaded with calories. An average frozen meal or T.V dinner has 64 grams of fat and 1,020 calories. These meals are also heavily processed with high amounts of sodium. The number one food on my list of the worst foods for you is all processed meat. Study's have shown that meat preserved with chemicals are linked with colon cancer. These meat products also are high in sodium, fat and have very few nutrients like fiber. If you want to hear about "The Best Foods for You" just let me know.
